Refund Process

2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our team.
4. Ship the product back to the address provided with the RMA number written visibly on the package.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. We will then process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
